Frida Anatomicum

The new book by Benjamin Lacombe and Sébastien Perez is a succession of cut-out pages and a poetic text leading us into the depths of the soul of Frida Kahlo. Like a collection of thoughts, the book explores the themes that are dear to Frida: love, death, earth, animals. Sébastien inserts in his text sentences extracted from the correspondences of Frida to restore The most sincere and true way that the artist felt “in front of her and in front of her”.

The original of this book and other surprises were presented on the occasion of the Expo Frida Anatomicum, in 2016, in Paris.
