Wild Things

Nature, fantasy and fun, certainly among the most indispensable things for the existence of each of us. And even if the world seems to be increasingly struggling to leave them behind, someone keeps showing us the way to an island where the “wild things” still are. Jenna Trost spent her formative years in the San Francisco Bay area of California. She received her BFA in Illustration from California College of the Arts in 2012 — not too far from the nest. She has since flown the coop and is now based in the Pacific Northwest.

Jenna’s work has been published in the New York Society of Illustrators Annual and Little Nemo: Dream Another Dream — Locust Moon Press —, in addition to her self-published zines and short stories. She has exhibited in a handful of group gallery shows and stumbles onto some client work from time to time.
